I am a seasoned HR and Labor Relations professional. With my extensive experience across Europe and Asia, I am passionate about talent management, coaching, teaching, labor relations, employee engagement and Diversity & Inclusion. My learning agility, curiosity and adaptability have led me into various tactical and strategic roles in transport & logistics, commercial finance, environmental engineering industries, and the public sector: from operations, to sales, to HRBP, to Labor Relations, to teaching and now freelancing – I have done it all and always focused on people and connectedness.
As an experienced labor relations negotiator, I have concluded numerous collective bargaining agreements. Moreover, I used to be representing my employer as a Member of the Board of the Belgian Employer’s Association and of the Belgian Joint (industry) Committee.
I hold a Master of Arts in Linguistics and Literature, a Master of Science in Management and a Master of Employment and Labor Relations Law from Brussels University (VUB), as well as a Post university degree in Human Resources Management from EHSAL Management School in Brussels. I am also a trained Six Sigma Green Belt.
My love for languages translates in me being able to fluently express myself in Dutch, French, English, and German.
